John Mudlo - Director

CW5 Mudlo graduated in 1981 from U.S. Military Academy and was appointed as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Aviation Branch.  He completed the Infantry Officer Basis Course prior to completing the Army Aviation Flight School in 1982.  He served eight years on active duty.  He joined the Wyoming Army National Guard as a Captain in 1990 and served as Company Commander of a medical evacuation helicopter company activated during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.  In 1995 he transferred to the Colorado Army National Guard.  He has served as a UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot-In-Command, as well as Company and Battalion Aviation Safety Officer in the 2-135th General Support Aviation Battalion.  He deployed once to Iraq and two times to Kuwait with the Aviation Battalion. CW5 Mudlo has also served on overseas missions in Guyana and Jordan as well as State Emergencies in Colorado during floods and wild-fires.  CW5 Mudlo is now serving as the State Aviation Safety Officer for the Colorado Army National Guard.

CIVILIAN OCCUPATION:

CW5 Mudlo is a Senior Technical Planner for Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services.  He works on the GPS Next Generation Operational Control System.
